This is a 90%+ WFH position with possible travel on occasion to Independence, OH. Candidate can reside anywhere. Detailed Project and Scope of Work Description:
Consists of a series of activities to consolidate Logistics Operations. The scope of work includes the ramp up and execution of the consolidation.

• The project manager will be accountable for timely execution of Logistics Consolidation including resource coordination, status reporting, and timeline management.
• Project Assumptions / Definitions: Consolidation will begin July 1. Unknown number of associates choosing to relocate. Phase 1 plan will be available by onboarding of selected candidate with a framework of subsequent phases structured.
• Reporting / Status Updates: Weekly Progress and Commitment Summation, Bi-Weekly Workstream Report-Out

• Project Plan: Stakeholders have near real-time status of activities and plan available.
• Project Timeline: Project to remain on timeline. Any exceptions require immediate communications.
• Project Risks: Identify and communicate risks to project success.

• EPlan and implement activities in accordance with project plan
• Help define project scope, goals and deliverables Define tasks and required resources
• Monitor and report on project progress Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
• Evaluate and assess result of project Education & Experience Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent preferred Theoretical and practical project management knowledge Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
• Experience as a project manager Experience in risk and change management Competencies Critical thinking and problem solving
• Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities “Task master” with all project resources to ensure all deviations from the plan are understood and downstream impacts outlined.
